Lost my challah recipe

Found a challah recipe on here made it for RH and was delish!!!
Now I can't find where I wrote it down.
It was not Rebbitzin Kanievsky's or Devorah Heller.
This one had at least 1 1/2 to 2 Cups of sugar.
Anyone have a recipe with that much sugar and at least 5lb of flour.

3 eggs
5 cups warm water
Yeast
1.5 cups oil
Salt
5-6 pounds flour
2 cups sugar

My recipe:
4-5 Tablespoon Yeast
4 Tbs. salt
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 cup honey (or 1 cup sugar)
6 Cups water
6 Lb. flour (Regular or White spelt)

.put the Yeast and 2 cups water, with 1 Tbs. sugar (in 32 oz. container)- let rise.
.add eggs, salt, oil, honey, water, than flour. (mix 10 minutes till soft dough). Let rise.
.remember to take challah.
.I braid with 4 strands. comes out delicious, soft, fluffy and gorgeous.

4.5 Tbsp yeast
6.5 cups water
Dissolve with 2 Tbsp sugar
1 c oil
2 Tbsp salt
1-2 c sugar
5+ lb flour
Rise 1/2 hour then form and rise another half hour

I think this might be it- yay! what order do you do the ingredients? How much yeast and salt?

This wasn't it- but is sounds yummy too!
