Last week I posted a question about a teen struggling with ZL. I didn't have a chance to check back that day and it has since disappeared, which leads me to assume that it ran amok.

I'm desperate for guidance so if anyone has VALUABLE advice that won't get the thread locked, please post.

Do you have a rav irl to discuss? Probably best.

I would find a mentor and/or rav to help guide you in this for best chinuch and success. This is not the address.

No, DS is mortified about it so I need someone we don't know. I can't ask our Rav.

And I'm sure there are some with experience here. I'm not looking for halachic advice.

What community are you in? Maybe we can recommend a rav.
We also rabonim about haskafa too because they share the same hashkafa with us.

I think most of us were horrified that this is something you were discussing with him. Does he have a father, uncle, rebbe he can discuss with him? It seems highly unusual to discuss m*sturbation with ones mother

Not op, however, It does seem highly unusual, but, when my husband doesn't feel comfortable and I want to clarify some things with my son because otherwise he wouldn't know, I'm the only other address he can turn to. I feel kids boys and girls need to be prepared instead of being shocked and finding out on their own.

1. Surprising, perhaps, but my husband never struggled in this area so DS feels uncomfortable discussing it with him.

2. He isn't m*bating intentionally. He sometimes gets discharge as a result of various thoughts and he struggles to keep them at bay.

3. I'll check out guardureyes. Thanks.
