Put in a collander and rinse off under running water.
I add brown sugar to my cabbage and noodles so after you rinse off excess salt, you may
need to add some oil to a pan, melt brown sugar - and then add the cabbage and noodles.

if serving for/with dairy, I'd consider stirring in sour cream or cottage cheese, maybe even a small bowl for myself, but that's my taste 🤷♀️
