This might be a long shot but I'll try....
I remember learning this beautiful slow tune of this rosh hashana tefila, but I can't find it anywhere and don't remember the low part.
The high part (slow and moving- not the fast one)
"V'yaida kol pa'ul
Ki ata fe'alto.
V'yavin kol y'tzur,
Ki ata yetzarto.
V'yavin kol y'tzur,
Ki ata yetzarto.
Ki ata, ki ata yetzarto.
Any leads? Tia!

I have a certain song in my head that matches the way you wrote the words, but in that song, you have the low. The high would be, "Hashem Elokai/ Elokai Yisrael/ Elokai Yisroel/ Melech, Melech/ umalchuso/ bakol mashala/ umalchuso/ bakol mashala".
I don't remember for sure, but I think it may be a Bobover song.

This is definitely not the one we sang in seminary. I am pretty sure it was from a high school production, I just couldn't tell you when. I am going to text my friend who is really good with these.

Here is the tefilla. But I still can't remember how the low part goes.

It is driving me crazy now!
I would venture to say that it was from a Halleli concert that they put on in LA. I don't know if they still do them but it would be mid to late 90's. Gonna try one more person.

Ha, I'm from LA, and I Think know which song you're referring to. Was going to st I know it from my sister who went to Camp Bnos, but maybe from a halleli(?)
I'm picturing girls voices singing it.
parenthetical, Of COURSE there are still hallelis!!!

I know exactly what song you're talking about.
The other part is to the words "Malchuscha malchus kol olamim umemshaltecha b'chol dor vador."
If you post your number, I'll call you and sing it to you.
