I have pickled brisket cut up from my freezer. It's been in the fridge from Monday afternoon when I took the yom tov food out. Can we still eat it cold for shabbos lunch or is that too long?

I want to serve it cold for shabbos lunch. Its not in its juice now, its sliced and bagged.
