Okay, so dh bought a different brand of gefilte fish to the one we normally buy. I cooked both logs for yom tov and after we tried the first one, no one really liked it. Does anyone have any suggestions what I could do with the second log that would make it more exciting and encourage people to eat it?
Was thinking possibly something with tomato sauce as that's something I have plenty of. But would it be nice with already cooked fish, and should I slice the fish first, and what other spices etc could I add?
All suggestions will be most gratefully considered and appreciated!

Tomato sauce with onions and zucchini
Make skewers with small cubes of gefilte fish and vegetables
Cut and brown on each side with just a dash of sugar and seasoned salt
Good Shabbos!
