Sadly, I sit in the juice. My dh makes lemonade. He’s been having lots of it this month. Laugh

I don’t understand the question? Why do you buy more lemons than you need? And how do you make pickles out of lemons?

I think she is speaking metaphorically, referring to the saying "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade."
