Apparently, frozen spinach is MIA. What can be used as substitute in milchig lasagna? Maybe frozen broccoli?

Broccoli sounds good and also you can put mushrooms or corn if you like instead

I always put in broccoli; it's delicious. You don't need to cook it at all first, I just take some frozen broccoli and defrost it somewhat (rinse or put in a pan of cold water) and then add a layer of florets/pieces on the bottom layer of cheese filling. It cooks perfectly with the lasagna. Enjoy!

I did actually find frozen spinach recently though--it wasn't bodek it was pardes brand I think.

Sauté onions, mushrooms, red pepper and black olives. Add to sauce layer. Really good
