This applies to all developments past Central Avenue. There will be a lot of time wasted sitting in traffic if your DH plans to come home for breakfast, lunch & supper. If mine has to for some reason it's major. He leaves for shachris and comes home for supper. The right before/after seder the traffic is horrendous! Kolelwife you went after traffic! There's plenty of playgroups, shopping etc in that side of town but for multiple yeshiva commute it would be a major waste of time and cut into seder.
I dont know the solution if you want decently priced and be in yeshiva. Maybe down Rt 88 is a little better? I'm never there in the morning, I dont know. At least there are other options for routes into town.
