Does Malka have a slang meaning in israel?

It literally means queen, so I've only heard one use that could be considered slang and it's positive
Like if a girl is really good a soccer (etc), someone wanting to compliment her could say "at malka". For boys it could be "ata melech" same meaning.

But in that usage the emphasis on the word would be on the 2nd syllable (מלרע).
When it's a name, the emphasis is on the 1st syllable (מלעיל).
