It’s not only about height but also about length of legs. I’m 5”3 and skinny but tend to wear at least 2 tights sizes bigger than what is recommended on the size chart for my height and weight . I have long legs (short torso). I can often be wearing tall or extra tall tights and I’m not a tall person

I am very tall with a long torso and wear melas shaper tights and they go all the way up to my bra basically. Totally zoops everything in.

I'm similar sizing, high waisted or spanx tights help but honestly they aren't worth the trouble. I'd rather where a girdle and knee highs. They last longer too

I guess thigh highs are the way to go, but don't they roll down? |
Garter belt with thigh highs or longer skirt and knee his

I have a similar problem. I get those bulges too but if I size up the legs of the tights are incredibly long on me. So I wear a light control panty over the tights and it smooths out the bulges
