I think it's only good for a 3 days, def not a week.
Anyone know if Gefilta fish from Monday still good for Shabbos?

I’d be fine with them in the shell and cooked fully/refrigerator

Just want to qualify- if I had my restaurant/catering biz, I would not use them. For me personally, I’d have no issue with it but would taste them first. I can usually tell how old something is ( if not labelled) by taste. It might not be bad, technically, but it might start to lose its taste or get a stale flavour, at which point I would dump it.

Hardboiled eggs are good for up to one week. So the answer is no.

If they are properly hard boiled and went into the fridge right after boiling, they should be good for about a week. So, it's the outer limit. I eat a lot of cold hard boiled eggs as part of my weight loss diet and I keep them in the fridge for up to a week. Towards the end, they do get a bit stale.

To the other poster - gefillte fish? I wouldn't use them after more than 2 days. They are made from ground up protein rich material, which means they are more likely to spoil fast.
