I used to believe my child is the one causing my pain...
......until I learned that my child's behavior was merely shining a light on the pain that's been in me long before my child was born
The trick is to be able to access the pre-existing buried pain....and not blame my child for my pain.

it could be. or it could be something else. cutting off a child could be because any of a bunch of things.
