Was the circle magazine published? We didn't get our subscription, wanted to check if I should have.

No because the Circle is published on Monday, as opposed to Mishapacha and Ami whoch are normally published on Wednesday (or late Tuesday night) so that they are in stores by Wednesday mornings.
Honestly I have no idea how mishpacha and ami pulled it off. My assumption is that they published the post YT issue before YT and just didn't send them out until after YT. Not sure how that worked with news however...

There wasn’t any real news in either magazine this week. I’m impressed there was a magazine bchlal, so I’m not complaining.
