I LOVE making sushi salad with brown sushi rice, cubed grilled salmon, cucumber cut in matchsticks, pepper cut small, and sometimes kani. I mix it with spicy mayo or sweet sauce, and it's delicious and extremely satisfying.
I also have used it as trip food on a trans-Atlantic flight... not the kind of salad that wilts, spills or has issues getting through customs because of the liquid dressing.
