Buy a few mini lego sets. Give out one piece at a time until they can complete the entire model.

My 4th graders teacher has cute system. The boys get “paid” to do jobs in the class. Or good behavior or showing good middos (being nice to a friend, caring, helping etc) they have a wallet with the fake money and a few times a year she has a store.

My 3rd grader would totally not go for that!!!
His rebbi has a system of charts and stickers, rewards is just recognition for a job well done. He warned the parents that when kids come home with a certificate we should act very, very excited, dance around the house and celebrate! Possibly give a small prize. (not too much because certificates should be brought home approximately every 2 weeks!)
