Looking for bookshelves that will hold basic Seforim. Budget is around $100, but it’s flexible. Has anyone gotten from ikea? Or another online store such as amazon or target?
Any recommendations with links? Thanks!

IKEA Billy is great, cheap and easy to assemble. Put the heaviest seforim on the bottom (Gemara) or the shelves will sag. You can also add extensions to make them taller and there are options for glass or full doors, half or full length.
They’re not amazing quality but they do the job well.

At your price point, Ikea is the way to go. You can't afford custom built or solid wood (unless you're willing to use Craigslist or similar). Many of the diy assembly bookshelves are junk. Sauder is decent but more expensive, Ikea is great and reliable. The Billy from Ikea are the gold standard.

ETA: We have bought both Walmart and Target. Target was a bit better but both fell apart after a few years.

Have multiple billy cases from Ikea, they're holding up great after around 6 years of use and abuse

another vote for Billy from Ikea. We actually have a narrow one because of space and it holds my husband's huge gemara without sagging, so if I was doing it again I would get the narrower ones.

Ikea billy. I made them look built in and put moldings on bottom. I also bought cd shelves and use those for the smaller siddurim. I have narrow billy, cd shelf wide billy then cd shelf then narrow billy. I havw a couple extensions and they go till the ceiling.
