Pastrami, bread crumbs or challah, and apricot jam, or I once cubed potatoes and sweet potatoes and mixed with spices and stuffed the mixture into the chicken. Both delicious

Sautee onions. Add squash and carrots that were mashed in food processor. Cook a few min. Add some cranberry sauce, apricot jam and an egg.
I think its in bais yaakov cookbook. Amazing recipe
