There's a wide range in prices depending on what your looking for.

I bought the cheapest one I saw it was about 150.

Similar to a rocking chair, but goes back and forth on a track instead of swaying up and down. People like to sit in them to nurse. The motion has a soothing effect on the baby, and is easier on the mother than a rocking chair type motion.
