People add a name after someone who died young. Till what age is considered young?

I think I’ve heard 60.

In some places they are makpid to add a name if person was nifter before 60

Some places 50, some 60 and some 70.
Most common is 60, but keep in mind this means in the 60th year, so 59.
Also, some people add a name even if the person was 80 and passed away from a machla (I.e. not natural old age).
Always best to discuss with your own rav.
