Can anyone suggest a very easy and healthy recipe to use with ground meat?
No pasta, please.
Preferably not rice because my kids don't eat it so well but I would be open to it possibly.
My husband is always asking for tacos but I find all the different pieces to be too much work so not that.
I'm dreaming of finding something delicious that everyone will eat that's some sort of one pan recipe...
Thank you!

I was going to suggest taco, just made them tonight. It comes with the spice and the sauce and I thought it was really easy. You can just add salad.

Tacos are easy to make if you use a fork to mash it as it browns and break it into pieces. My family loves them. Serve with whatever side dish you like and some salad.
Meatloaf is easy. Just mix up and press into a small loaf pan and bake. Easier then rolling into meatballs.
Stuff a good mixture into peppers and bake. Another great option.

Tacos is one of my easiest dinners. I use the Ortega spice and add a little bbq sauce. Either chop up israeli salad or just slice some pickles.
Another easy idea is Sloppy Joe’s. Brown the ground meat in a little oil in a pot, add a can of manwich’s sloppy Joe’s sauce. Heat it up and serve in rolls.

I don’t like tacos but will cook ground beef with the taco spice and eat with brown rice. So good and easy
I also love to do a ground beef pizza- I top pizza dough or flatbread with sweet duck sauce and salt/peppered ground beef and bake till dough is crispy

Chili, either with or without beans, depending on family preference.
Can serve with cornbread, potatoes, tortilla chips, whatever...

Tacos, what different pieces? Just buy a box of Ortega taco kit. Brown the meat with onions, tomato sauce and spices, or just use a can of manwhich sauce, then put into the taco shells and you can top with chopped tomato/onions, etc.

Also you can make a meat sauce and serve over riced cauliflower. It's one of our Chol Hamoed Pesach suppers.
