Looking for a great push on hilly streets. Any suggestions?

The mountain buggy strollers have nice big tires and push well-look at mountain buggy swift or terrain. You buy the bassinet as an extra, or the seat can be used from birth as it lies flat.
Britax also have a air tire version of their stroller-think it might be the b-lively. It's similar to the city mini gt but with bigger tires.

I want something that doesn’t tip like the city mini GT. Are any of these stable like that? Also needs air filled tires and prefer that the bassinet look seamless instead of something just plopped on too
