Cat Naps

my ten month old only takes short cat naps. it drives me crazy

anyone relate? what to do?

How long are they up before the nap? Sometimes they need more time awake. Also give baby lots of sunlight and activity during wake times, let baby crawl and play a lot to get tired out.

thanks I will try
the amt of time she is up varies and I don't see much of a difference
