I just paid $185 for my 11 year old and I thought that was absurd. I had no idea they have a website! I found it tonight and they sell the coats for $158!!!!

Because I saw this coat in the summer for $165 and I was sure I could get it for cheaper. I ended up paying $185 today. I never spent that amount on a child’s coat.

If you tbink the price is absurd why would you buy it? There are plenty of places to get similar coats for cheaper.

Yes, that’s is true that it’s possible to get a winter coat for cheaper. I’ve normally done that. There is a reason why I bought this expensive coat.

Scotch bonnet girls coat. It's a brand. If you don't like the price, don't buy it. They're not hiding anything from you.

Thanks, I found their website and the coats. Pretty cool. They're sort of futuristic looking.

I just laugh because it’s literally a rebrand of the cozy coup just with down Fill. Both have mediocre fabric and make, and an awful fit. But atleast the cozy coup was an economy option. For this price I’ll buy designer quality that’ll last.

OP, could it be you are comparing girls and teen sizes? I paid 158 at buttonsbebe for girls size and I just checked the brand's site, price is the same.

I was told by a sales person that if your kid doesn’t want to wear or hold the coat, she can use the strap as a backpack. Lol.

Interesting what you're saying. Last year one kid ended up with the cozy coop coat. I loved it so much. The fit and quality. Still looks brand new. This year when 2 other of my kids needed coats I went straight for the cozy coop.

It's way more high end than Cozy Coop. So much prettier and beautiful cut and quality, and very warm.
Appaman is a more affordable option.
