yesterday and today my baby's right eye has been getting a lot of crust buildup and I keep washing it away, and it keeps coming back. I also noticed she's holding that eye more closed then the other one. both eyes look normal and arn't red. Also, since yesterday she keeps waking up from her naps, even at night, which normally she would sleep straight through.
does anyone have an idea what it might be?

Squeeze some breast milk into the eye.
Watch out to make sure it doesn't become too swollen as thst can be a sign of cellulitis which is serious.

sometimes ear infections can cause this.
