Looking for January vacation destination. In my dreams, I'd like to hit all of these:
1. Not Florida!
2. Relatively COVID safe, ie high local vax rates, indoor masking that's generally complied with, etc.
3. No more than 4 hour flight from NYC area
4. Some kosher food available
5. Relatively walkable city, or public transportation, or Uber--trying not to rent a car
6. Better winter weather than NYC area.
Is there such a thing?

Tahnks for your comments. Kids are young teens.
I'm a little intrigued by Puerto Rico. Are they COVID strict/safe? What is there to do other than beaches? What is kosher food situation? Thank you.
