ISO on line seller with long dresses (women) that is ruffled or pleated, that is long enough and neckline tzanua as well if possible.

I have seen in from stores, but hope somewhere on line I can get them for much less.

Any feedback on ASOS - how easy to return? exchange for size? fees to ship back?
