My 3 year old has diarrhea, he doesn't have any other symptoms of a virus. How can I help it stop? Can he go to school with pull ups so nothing gets dirty? What can I do to prevent this since it's the second time it's happened in the last 3 months?

It’s not fair to send him. You don’t know if it’s a contagious stomach virus or not and it’s not ok to make his teachers change that. Take him off milk fully it helps the stomach heal faster.

It can last for a week though, how can I keep a kid who feels fine home for a week? Not to mention the fact that we both work

It’s a classic symptom in kids

Keep him off dairy for at least 2 weeks.
Give him rice, bananas, toast, and probiotics.
Do not send him to school unless his movements are back to normal.
