And I don't know where to start. Which brands are nice, good hair, & natural looking? I'd spend up to $2000. TIA.

After 15 years and different companies, I've found Miri to be the one I liked best and the most I've spent was $1600 including the wash and cut and style by my shaitel macher.
I recently got a dolce Irene at a sale and I love it!
I think you should find a reputable shaitel macher and work with her to find something suitable
