So I have a great recipe for cubed chicken breasts with seasoned tomato sauce, that I usually cook slowly in a pot.
Anyone has experience with croc pot cooking, specifically chicken breasts?
I've done chicken bottoms, on low for 8 hours, but im thinking that might be too long for chicken breasts. I dont want them getting dry...
-there will be a tomato based sauce for moisture.
-is there a difference if I keep them whole vs cubing? Ideally I'd love to cube them...
-im out of the house all day...if it needs to cook less than 6 hours, im not sure I can pull it off.
Anyone with experience can help?

For chicken cutlets, cook on low for 2.5 - 3 hours. More than that, and breasts become really dry, even with sauce.
You can plug the crockpot into a shabbos timer, and have it turn off automatically after 2.5 - 3 hours.

Throw everything in the pot in the morning with the chicken still frozen and have the crock pot turn on 3 hours before dinner time

Can you please post your recipe? I’d love to try it. I’m always looking for crockpot chicken cutlet recipes.
