They live 2 houses apart. I know it must stop asap. But I hear now from that boys mother, who’s also very against it, that they’re very close at recess in school. So that’s out of my control. Will contact rebbi iyh. Anything else to do? Would you be worried?

Hard to answer this without more details.
If you’re uncomfortable with this relationship for any reason, skip the rebbe and just set your boundaries.

I would be very worried, even more so because the other mother is very against it.
I would work from all fronts, including rebbe.
