If you made a lot before you lost a job and got unemployment or if you made a lot after going back to work, are you ineligible to get unemployment benefits? What's the maximum income you can make where you can still collect unemployment after losing a job? If you get a job afterwards that pays well, do you have to return the money if you're new income is over a certain amount?

No. Unemployment is based on a percentage of your salary for 26 weeks prior. But there is a max that can be paid out.
