Looking for very skilled child psychiatrist in North Jersey area. Its a more complex picture so need someone who can look at both the larger picture as well as understand nuances.

Any recommendations?

I highly recommend Dr. Meredith Weiss in Englewood (now working virtually).
We use her for my very complicated child and she figured out what was going on.
She was referred to me by Relief.
She is warm, caring, compassionate, and very skilled.
