My dream is 8 hours a day. I can't afford it.
Cleaning, laundry, ironing, basic mending, polishing silver a lot more frequently than it happens, peeling and chopping dishes, changing linen more frequently

There's laundry (need to do at least two loads a day to keep afloat). Besides spraying it it needs to folded and put away.Loading and unloading dishwashers. Kitchen always needs a wipe down every day. Bathrooms could use a wipe down every day they get heavy usage. Garbage can be taken out every day. The house can be swept everyday. There are always toys that need to be put away. I have three floors I'm always drowning in housework! There is always a closet or cabinet project to be organized . And of course no one is working 8 straight hours . They get a lunch break. And busses and taking small kids outside after school. Yeah, if I had help there would be plenty to do.

Laundry beginning to end which includes changing linen
Polishing silver
Putting stuff away where they belong (that’s a huge help with kids who are constantly leaving things all over the place)
Unpacking the grocery order and other packages that arrive
Refilling everything as needed (percolator water cooler etc.)
Unloading the car as needed
Taking out the garbage/empty boxes
And other things I’m probably not thinking of
