My daughter has a raised hemangioma and it hasn’t changed at all in the last few years. What age do raised hemangiomas usually start to fade away?

My dd was born with one on her forehead. The doctor said that many go away by age 1, more by age 3, and 98% by age 7 (I forget the exact numbers). Hers didnt budge for at least 5 years, although since her face grew and it didnt, plus she eventually grew hair, it wasnt as noticeable as when she was a bald baby. Around age 5 it started to get greyish in the center, eventually those parts turning skin color, then just the edges left. She's now almost 8 and it is just small, looks like a little cut or scrape. Hopefully it will fade all the way away soon. I did notice that it faded more in the summers. Hatzlacha!
