You should probably call each hall, each one has different pricing.

I've been to a few returning newer bar mitzvah hall in recent months. While the hall is stunning the food is terrible. One host was very disappointed. She paid extra for a better main dish that none of the guest enjoyed. Keep that in mind also.

Nuestat 500
Estreia 650, catering 35/pp plus fees
River Terrace 1000 hall, 36/pp + fees (38 pp to use caterer s/o else)
Ridge Terrace (New kaminetz) 995
Khal bnei torah with Yonis $37/pp on china incl hall + fees
Bnos Devora hall $800
Bnos Devora with yonis $39/pp on china incl hall + fees
Bnos Bracha 650, simcha catering $24/pp + fees (very basic menu at this price)
Glatt Ambiance 42/pp + waiters at any hall
Glatt Ambiance- $7625 total- incl all 3 halls, catering for 200. If smaller crowd $ can go towards shmorg or upgraded

Langsam caterer $38/pp
Yonis $33/pp
Simcha $27/pp on paper

Most halls allow you to bring in any caterer, the ones you mentioned that Yonis does are not exclusive to him. You can book the hall yourself and take any caterer you like.

Some more catering options include Green's Exquisite Catering, Glucksman (I think from Dlux), Gold Star, Glatt Gourmet.... there are tons and they all do in any hall

Ridge Terrace is a new hall opening next week. It's part of Kaminetz new building.

I just signed a contract yesterday with Bnos Devorah for my Bar Mitzvah next June. They are $800, I think your spreadsheet says $850

You also can get Khal Bnei Torah with any caterer (you only have them down with Yonis). Place is a drop on the small side but they are only $500 to rent.

Just be aware they have a limited amount of chairs, which is fine if you're doing a small event. Also make sure the other hall (they have upstairs & downstairs) is not being booked because then you're competing for both chairs and parking!

I just got an invite to Alexanderer Hall on Alexander Ave in Howell, it may be very well be high end (based on who invited us), I have no further info but you can google them.

The girl's school satmar uta located on swathmore ave is just opening a brand new hall. Should be beautiful I just have no additional information on it. If it helps anyone. 732-284-3390 this is their number.

Vizhnitz is beautiful. And brand new. Opened about a year ago. My daughter’s vort was there.
