Hi,

Where can I look at apartments for sale in Jerusalem, and search by specific neighborhoods? Interested in the Panim Meirot / Sorotzkin type areas. How much does an apartment there cost? Are there any good websites that I can look? Thank you!

There's an agent that works in that area that's really good!
053.317.9346
Her name is Chani Ginsberg, I was really happy.

Thanks.
I'd specifically like a website so I can get a sense of things myself before taking the next step to speak with a broker.

Yad2.co.il or yisa bracha, or komo.co.il. most are upwards of 2.5 mill skel. The 2 websites are not as charidi, yisa bracha is a frum email service but u need to pay to see the lists.

So there's no Israeli version of Zillow?

I've found yad2 to be the easiest to use. You can use Google translate to translate the page to English.

You're not going to get an accurate picture of prices in charedi areas from websites. You need to sign up for Yisa Bracha or Diramat, or contact an agent to get a real idea. Or ask someone from those areas to send you some price quotes from their local circulars. What size apt. are you thinking of? Those areas are probably near a million dollars for a 3 bedroom, if I had to guess.

It's best to work with an agent that can guide you. In today's market is really hard and they work for you.
