The DOE rate with a P4 is standard at $41.98 per hour for one student.
More and more people are applying for enhanced rate now, in which case the pay probably depends on how well they advocate to the DOE. Straight through DOE is more than double the standard rate, but most of these cases are monopolized by agencies taking a cut so the provider rate tends to range from 60-80 depending on circumstances.

Rate tends to be higher for men than women as there is more demand for men. Women's market is flooded.
