I am looking for ideas for healthy snacks and meals that are easy on the stomach. When I eat too many veggies/salads, whether cooked or raw, my stomach kills. Same with beans/chickpeas. I do drink a lot of water, and I don't drink any sugar drinks. Any food ideas that are healthy and nutritious?

Take a digestive enzyme to help with raw vegetables and legumes.
Do you do well with nuts? Eggs? By healthy do you mean low carb? Whole food? Or what?

Rice and rice cakes? Should be fairly light, and you can get the whole grain/brown rice variations for greater nutritional value.
They even make rice cakes with dark chocolate on top - it might feel more nosh like while still being fairly healthy.

2 small kiwis
cantaloupe or honeydew
oatmeal
popcorn
quinoa/rice with spices you can tolerate
