my baby naps from 3:30-4:30 on our drive home
shes 9 months, is awake for generally 3-4 hours in between each nap
with the clocks changing, do I push her bedtime up earlier or keep it at 7:30?

She will naturally adjust over the next few days. She'll probably wake up earlier than usual though and may be a little cranky and want to nap longer.
