It was opened and been in my fridge. Is it still good? And what to do with it to use it up ? Don’t really want to use it on meat . Something more worth it .

You can reduce it and use it as pomegranate molasses.
You can make a delicious Vodka martini if it still tastes good.
I am nit sure why you wouldn’t want to use it as an ingredient in a savory dish because there are some delicious dishes that use it. It is no different than using wine in a stew or braised dish.

I'd use it up anyways in cooking, or if you have gelatin you can make homemade gummies using silicone molds (Google for any recipe)

Drink it
Add to seltzer
Mix it with other juices, you can spike it with wine or vodka
Very healthy
