Dairy: daily, sometimes twice a day if I used a lot of pots
Meat: once a week (we only eat mean on Shabbos)

I have one dishwasher and it's meat. I run it almost daily, 6-7 times a week. The only exception is if we have dairy for dinner one night then it doesn't need to be run since it isn't full.
