Teenager. As a child I was told it would stunt my growth, but I think that has since been proven nonsense. I let my kids sip from mine if I'm feeling generous.

I drank coffee since I was a kid I would often have a sip of my mother’s.
In middle school I remember there was a lot of talk about coffee stunting your growth -it was all the rage -but I loved coffee regardless
I don’t think I drank daily coffee though until high school I would have either morning coffee or tea.

During high school, I think junior or senior year. I had cafe au lait as a child occasionally but started drinking coffee regularly during high school.

I love coffee - but caffeine doesn't really affect me. It gives me a boost for about 15 minutes to half an hour. I can have caffeine right before bed easily.

High School. I actually just stopped drinking coffee regularly during this pregnancy. Not sure why exactly, I just noticed at some point “hey, I haven’t been drinking coffee”. Now I sometimes have it, sometimes not.

Also never started. In my 40's. But I do LOVE chocolate so maybe that's just as bad.

I started drinking coffee at 35 (I’m 41 now) my husband kept saying that I should try drinking just a cup a day and it will change my life - I did and it did.

Might be presumptuous of me, but I'm going to assume that the frum crowd drinks more coffee at a younger age because
A. the men need to get to davening/yeshiva very early, starting during their teenaged years, and
B. the women tend to have families, jobs, and homes to manage at a younger age (late teens, early twenties) than their college-going non-Jewish peers (25-30).
