Any reccomendations of accomodations/ hotel in Miami near The Shul in Surfside for cheap?
What about food, any restaurant that give shabbos meals?
Is there an eiruv there?

Yes eiruv
Don’t know any cheap places sorry
There are restaurants which you can prepay for meals. Most just have Friday night
