I have a budget of up to $10 a bag, where do I start? Would take any ideas! Thinking so far a water, a snack or two, small toiletries....

Rain bonnet is nice in case it rains. So is Advil or Tylenol. If in the winter, it's cute to include some hand or foot warmers.
I personally don't like the small little bags/boxes of nuts, chocolates and candies. Most people I know just throw it out. I would much more appreciate a pastry or something substantial to eat if I'm hungry. Best time was when they gave a family pack of Reisman's pastries for the whole family.

Funny, I’m the opposite. I love chocolates (especially mint chocolate), nuts and hate packaged pastries Smile

Please make sure the host (where the ppl are sleeping) is ok with food in the room
I would not want my guest to bring food into the room.

We’re renting a house From Airbnb so I’m sure it’s fine. Thanks!

If it’s not someone’s house, it may be a good idea to make a general emergency box to put in a public area, with bandaids, Motrin or Tylenol, safety pins, etc.

And put feminine products under the sink in the bathrooms.
