A few questions about national grid:

1. How do you pay your bill? The online bill pay on the website is really not working for me. Does it work for you?

2. If you live in a semi-attached or fully detached 20x100 lot house, how much is your national grid bill on a typical winter month (if you're not on a plan with them?)

3. For those who have opted to go on a plan with national grid, how does it balance out to pay a balanced fee the whole year vs. less in the summer and more in the winter like electric?

4. Anything else I should know? This is my first winter in my house, so just want to get an idea of what I'm to expect.
