Has anyone had their kid "put out" as an outpatient for dental work with a stuffed nose? My kid is scheduled for tomorrow and has a cold. A very stuffed nose. They said it will be up to the anesthesiologist but Im worried even if he says its ok, how will she breath.

Reschedule.
(Unless this is a dental emergency and your child is in horrible pain)?

are you saying this because you have had an experience?

Do not do it. Anaesthesia always carries some risk. This multiplies it.

Regardless of anesthesia, I don't think anyone should go to the dentist at all when they're unwell.

You need to reschedule.
My dentist reschedules sick kids whenever he does anesthesia. Please do not risk it, it's not worth it

I am saying this because any time I have not been feeling 100% well before dental work I have been advised to reschedule by the dentist. This is even more advisable when it's a child and even more so for anesthesia involved. Any dentist who is advising you otherwise is being reckless for the sake of not wanting to cancel an appointment IMO.

The thing is that she is feeling fine. Just has stuffed nose that's barely running.

Call your pediatrician. That's who should be making the call about whether or not to proceed.

My dentist won’t see my kid if he/she has a cold or a nasal drip. Not since Covid.

I did, he is ok with it but doesn't know if hospital will be. I just feel stupid canceling a second time, so ill go to the appt and they'll send me home. This way they see I tried. She had a covid test. Was negative.

Isn’t that a huge waste of time for you? The hospital should have given you a contact number of some kind, I would call before going all the way there. You can try first thing in the morning
