I wanted to know how to get without the order going trow a yesheva is there someone who dose it? If yes what's the email we're I can email the order form.

It is only for rebbeim through the yeshiva where they teach.

I know there are people who are not teachers or Rebbi who get help trow the community (Brooklyn).

Chasdei Lev is only through yeshivos. Moadim L'simcha is for others too. Are you sure you haven't mixed them up?

Chasdei Lev is only so cheap because the Yeshiva has to pay the organization around $700 per rebbe that makes an order.
You can't just get on and make an order. It has to be done through a Yeshiva.
Moadim Le'Simcha you can just get on and make an order - but there is no comparison in prices. Chasdai Lev is way cheaper because it is subsidized by the Yeshiva where Moadim Le'Simcha is just the power of buying in bulk.
