I just finished arranging this for my family. Easiest if you want a private rental is an inflatables place, like pump it up or bounce you.

Any other place will allow you to book a party but only private time will be in the party room and many have rules about outside food.

Be aware that its pretty late in the game and going to be hard to find places with availability in new jersey.

Try bounce about in Toms River if you don’t need it to be a place that serves kosher (lol that sounds bad. Meaning if you just want an activity place. Idk if they’d let outside food in.)
