Looking for pants for my 12 yo son. We like landsend chinos, but they are extremely expensive not on sale ($30+), but I don't know when that will happen.

Carters pants rip at the knees for us

I don't want super skinny. Looking for regular legs...

Any brands more affordable, still durable, not skinny?

Thanks!!!

Are they not on sale now? There’s 60% off on most of the site.

We bought plain chinos at gap but I don’t think you’re going to get it for cheaper than $30

Not on standard pants now.

I know that landsend randomly has sales, so I should really check daily
I got then cheap a few years ago

Thank you.

Really $30 is standard?

Anyone know of anything cheaper?

I like the gap uniform pants. They have 40% off now which makes the pants around $20 a pair.

I doubt I'll be helpful, because you must've thought of Target and children's place pants, or even Walmart? My 12 year old is not particular at all. We had been liking Target cotton pants, but they haven't had any in black since he went up to a size 16. So we tried a brand at Walmart, but they were too big and I didn't like the fabric. We ended up with children's place, which I rarely buy from, but pants seem ok right now. However, my son doesn't do much running around in them...
And fwiw I didn't want to pay more than $15! ;-)
